Karen has personally sourced this most premium ceremonial grade matcha from our gorgeous little matcha farm in Nishio, Japan, which produces the best quality matcha tea powder in the world. This matcha is certified as one of the highest grades of matcha in the world and has won a Double Gold Star Award from the UK Great Taste Awards.
Our matcha has been shade grown, hand picked, carefully steamed and air dried. It is then stone ground in small batches, specially for us, and packed & sealed in Nishio, Japan.
